EMPLOYEE IN TRAINING (EIT) PROGRAM

Employee in training (EIT) program has been established with the main objective of providing a learning platform for fresh graduates/trainees to be introduced to the various aspects of job requirements through an On-The-Job Training Program.

JABIL VN is now looking for fresh graduates for the position:

1. EIT –  TE Engineer (Employee In Training – Test Engineer)

  • Quantity: 5
  • Major: Electric – Electronics, Electronic Telecommunication/Communication
  • Requirements:

 – Fresh graduates or less than 1-year-experienced.

– Excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills.

– Work requires initiative and judgment, within standard procedures and a thorough knowledge of department and corporate policies and procedures dealing with the area of responsibility.

– Analytical & logical thinking ability.

– Willing to learn, possess can-do attitude.

– Can work under high pressure and tight deadlines.

– Basic knowledge of telecommunications is preferred.

2. EIT –  ME Engineer (Employee In Training – Manufacturing Engineer)

  • Quantity: 4
  • Major: Mechatronics/ Automation

  • Requirements:

– Fresh graduates or less than 1-year-experienced candidates.  

– Communicate effectively in English.

– Want to develop career path as Manufacturing Engineer.

– Understand about manufacturing environment and willing to learn.

– Can work under high pressure and tight deadlines.

3. EIT – IE Engineer (Employee In Training – Industrial Engineer)

  • Quantity: 4
  • Major: Industrial Engineering, Industrial System Engineering

  • Requirements:

– Fresh graduates or less than 1-year-experienced candidates.

– Communicate effectively in English.

– Good at computer skills, especially Excel, Power Point, Autocad.

– Familiar with Lean concept/methodology. Knowledge in line balancing, fishbone, Pareto, PFMEA, etc…

– Willing to learn, possess can-do attitude, careful, detail-oriented.

4. EIT – QE Engineer (Employee In Training – Quality Engineer)

  • Quantity: 4
  • Major: Industrial Engineering, Industrial System Engineering

  • Requirements:

– Fresh graduates or less than 1-year-experienced candidates.

– Excellent English with high priority in listening and speaking.

– Good at computer skills, especially Excel, Power Point.

– Proactive, willing to take responsibilities.

– Can work under high pressure and tight deadlines.

5. EIT Planner (Employee In Training – Planner)

  • Quantity: 3
  • Major: Business Administrator, International Business, Logistics Supply Chain

  • Requirements:

– Fresh graduates or less than 1-year-experienced candidates.

– Communicate effectively in English.

– Good at computer skills, especially Excel, Power Point.

– Willing to learn, possess can-do attitude.

– Keeping up with the build schedule

– Focus on minimizing changovers and production schedule changes while maintaining the integrity of the production board revision

– Understand all products production flow

– Maintain handbook on position by workcell

– Ensure that shipments made are routed to the correct destination, as well as the creation and maintenance of Sales Orders if that duty is placed on the Planner.

6. EIT Buyer (Employee In Training – Buyer)

  • Quantity: 3
  • Major: Business Administrator, Logistics Supply Chain, Supply Chain Managements

  • Requirements:

 – Fresh graduates or less than 1-year-experienced candidates.

– Work with Material Planner to release purchase order to suppliers according to MRP result, take actions to cancel, delay or expedite purchase order and ensure on time delivery.

– Work with commodity team to develop supply base and Supply Chain strategies that are unique to customer or for Business Unit Strategic materials.

– Work with commodity team to influence customer’s supply chain strategies to leverage those of Jabil.

– Communicate Jabil expectations to the suppliers. Work with commodity team to conduct supplier audit / visits, certifications, and performance reviews to develop and continuously improve supply base.

– Support, execute, and provide inputs to improve Jabil SCM initiatives and strategies.

– Quote new and existing materials. Work with Materials Quotation Analyst if applicable. Frequently re-quote and negotiate to capitalize on cost reduction opportunities.

– Provide input to determine Quoted Cost to the Customer that is competitive yet maximizes the amount of Materials Price Variance (MPV).

– Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

– Identify and sort waste: save electricity and fresh water & paper

– To participate in fire drill and EHS training ,etc

– To participate in other ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 activities .

– Must follow EICC provision.
