RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR 

– Working place site: Nestlé Vietnam – Dong Nai Factory

– Number of vacancy: 01

– Report to: Maintenance Manager

– Main Duties:

  • Ensure the reliability and productivity of the machines equipment are in compliance to Quality, Food safety, Hygiene operation.
  • Ensure all maintenance and improvement of saving the energy/ compressed air consumption in responsible areas.
  • Implement projects assigned to achieve its highest sustainable efficiency and performance, ultimately to reduce cost of productions.
  • Identify and control the spare parts of machines / equipment in responsible areas.
  • Lead, train and develop people in team to achieve group objectives, enrich their skills and knowledge.
  • Work with Team for corrective action in case of equipment failure and then find its root cause and implement suitable prevention action in order to avoid re-occurrence.
  • Monitor and control the M&I expenditure, propose M&I budget necessary for implementation of maintenance

– Job Requirements:

  • Education requirement: Bachelor degree in Mechanic / Electronic.
  • Fresh graduate with good attitude and willing to learn
  • Good communication and Leadership to lead a team.
  • Good planning skill and logical thinking.
  • Good English & computer skills.

OPERATION PERFORMANCE EXECUTIVE

– Working place site: Nestlé Vietnam – Dong Nai Factory

– Number of vacancy: 01

– Report to: Operation Performance Manager

– Main Duties:

  • Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Methodology:
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with the AM reference guide.
  • Promote and ensure the link between AM and other TPM Pillars to ensure alignment across pillars.
  • Benchmark with other Factory within the market and across the markets.
  • AM Training & Coaching: Train and coach the Factory members on AM methodologies.
  • AM roll out and Project Improvement and Problem Solving Capability Building:
  • Standardize all AM practices as THE BEST and apply in whole factory.
  • Leading and coordinating DMAIC/SMED/Improving projects to reduce the losses in TPM lines.
  • AM Management & Assessment:
  • Coordinate and organize AM Assessment in the factory.
  • Ensure the link and synchronization between all Pillars.
  • Technical development expert:
  • Develop effective Technical training program.
  • Develop Technical Training specialist.
  • LEAN Training & Coaching:
  • Provide coaching on LEAN methodologies.
  • Execute LEAN trainings within the Factory.
  • Support for LEAN implementation according to the Operational Master Plan and Zero Loss Journey.
